Agreement
By downloading or using OnluFnas: Frame Studio (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The app is provided by Lucas De Oliveira (Brazil). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app provides
The app helps lifestyle creators and small projects prepare multiple aspect-ratio crops from one source photograph. You name a set, choose one or more output formats, place a shared focus point, optionally adjust individual frames with pan and zoom, review true-ratio previews, and prepare separate JPEG files (1080×1080, 1080×1350, or 1080×1920 as selected). Saved sets can be reopened, renamed, duplicated, or deleted locally. The app does not guarantee that cropping will always keep a particular subject in frame; the focus point is a geometric anchor, not automatic subject detection.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you import. You are responsible for having the rights to use and export that material. The app processes your images on device to produce crops and JPEG outputs you request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for how you share exported files through apps and services you select via the system share menu.
Exports and quality
When the selected source region has fewer pixels than the target export size, the app may resample the region and label the result as enlarged. Ordinary interpolation can soften detail; the app does not restore lost detail or add new image content beyond the source photograph.
No account; local operation
The app is intended to work without signing in and without relying on a product-specific server. Features may depend on your device storage and iOS version. Network access is not required for core editing and export.
Purchases
Based on the app’s described functionality, it does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid digital content sold inside the app. If that changes in a future version, applicable store terms and any displayed pricing will govern those transactions.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucas De Oliveira disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; import and export errors may occur, and the app is designed to preserve your previous project when an import fails and to let you retry export after an error.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucas De Oliveira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was obtained at no charge.
Apple and the App Store
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance, or support except as required by applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may modify these terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
